At FD Building, we work with you, no matter where you are in the build process. Our initial scoping conversations will help us to understand what you already have covered, and where we can step in to help you achieve your dream build.
Not sure where to start?
Don’t worry! We will guide you through the entire process, from determining what work you need doing, through to creating a concept plan, and bringing that plan into being.
On our early meetings, we will discuss your needs and desires. Considering all aspects from sourcing finance to catering for big life changes which may be ahead….
Need some help planning?
Once we have a clear idea of the project to be undertaken, we use our industry expertise in consultation with you to create a firm scope of works. We will also discuss with you a variety of options available to help you make an informed decision on what is the best way forward for your project.
We try to offer you multiple ways of achieving your dream, discussing the pros and cons of each.
Our job as project planners is to understand your end goals, and distill that down into a building plan which meets all your criteria.
Ready to get started?
Once a building plan is in place, your project manager will get the job done. We will keep you informed regularly throughout the process, starting with creating an estimated timeframe and then updating you as key project milestones and decision times arise.
As a small, yet experienced building team, we only have a couple builds on at the same time. This give you confidence that we will be pulling with you the entire way and putting our heart and soul into bringing your dream to reality.
Once the project build is complete, our job is not over! Not only will there be a thorough building clean before handover, but we also check in with you periodically to ensure we can address any concerns you have as you move in.
We’re here for you.
There is no better way to answer your queries than a quick conversation! Give us a call or email, and we would love to have a chat with you to hear about your project.
